Increasing your skills in these four Core Skill areas will increase your ability to make decisions wisely, improve your interpersonal relationships, assist you in regulating your emotions, and will increase your ability to manage distress.
We will offer 6 week Intensive Outpatient Groups on an ongoing basis. First Responders are likely to have traumatic experiences on a more frequent basis, possibly resulting in a need for support.
